Service Description

Have you suddenly realized that you or your loved one now needs assistance with grooming, bathing, getting dressed, going to the bathroom, moving around the house or eating (includes preparing meals)? The needs mentioned above are typically described as “Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). A myriad of things could have made the need for assistance necessary and our caregivers are here to help provide the care that is needed with a focus on preserving dignity and privacy. A tailored Care Plan will be developed to guide the care that is given. Our caregivers can also provide support with Instrumental ADLs. This includes support with managing finances (e.g. paying bills, setting up auto pay), providing medication reminders and more. We believe our seniors and their families deserve clarity when choosing care. Our pricing is based on the level of care, visit duration and scheduling needs. Rates are higher for shorter visits to reflect caregiver travel and allocation costs. This service also includes a free individualized care assessment. RATES FOR PERSONAL CARE BOOKINGS Extended Shift (8 hours): $35 / hr Standard Shift (4 - 6 hours): $40 / hr Short Shift (1 - 3 hours): $60 / hr Weekend Rates: +$3 / hr Holiday Rates: x1.5 / hr Terms and conditions apply.
